Window-store pricing (24+ pieces)
Window-store printed items are screen printed in one bulk run at our 24-piece bulk rates — the lowest per-piece pricing we offer. Print price depends on the garment and how many ink colors are in your design. Embroidered items (polos, caps, jackets) are still available on window stores and are priced with our standard embroidery rates.

How window pricing works. Fewer ink colors = lower price. A one-color design is the budget champion. Your group adds markup on top, and each design (and each ink-color version of it) needs to close with at least 24 pieces — if one comes in under, we extend the window, your group tops up, or pricing adjusts to the actual quantity. Fewer designs = easier minimums and better prices.

Why two digitizing files? Embroidery machines follow a stitch-by-stitch file built for a specific layout. A wide logo for a left chest and a stacked/vertical version of the same logo are built separately — each is its own digitizing job. Most stores only need one; we'll tell you exactly what your logo needs before anything is charged.

What does it cost to set up a store?
Nothing. Store setup is free and includes up to 24 products. Beyond that, extra products are $5 each from our catalog, or $15 each for styles we source new for you.
How does my organization make money back?
You choose a markup on top of our base price — $5 per shirt, $10 per hoodie, whatever fits your goal. The store tracks your earnings on every sale automatically, and we pay the total out to your organization. No inventory, no upfront money, no collecting cash.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Buyers can order a single item, because we make each order in-house as it comes in.
Is there a minimum order?
Individual buyers can order any amount during the window, but each design needs at least 24 pieces sold — and if a design runs in more than one ink-color version (say, black ink on white shirts and white ink on black shirts), each version needs its own 24. That's because every design and colorway is a separate screen setup and print run, and 24+ is what unlocks bulk pricing. If one closes under 24, we extend the window, your group tops up the order, or pricing adjusts to the actual quantity. Tip: keeping your store to one or two designs makes the minimum easy to hit.
How do orders get delivered?
Three ways, depending on your store: 1) Ship to home — always-open store orders ship directly to each buyer, with a tracking number emailed when it ships. 2) Free shop pickup — buyers can choose free pickup at our Wichita shop instead. 3) Bulk to your organization — window stores are produced in one run after closing and delivered together to your group to hand out.
How long does a store stay open?
Your choice. Company merch and fundraiser stores stay open year-round — great for new hires, reorders, and ongoing fundraising. Window stores run 2–3 weeks and close, which is what unlocks the lowest bulk pricing.
Embroidery or print — which should we pick?
Embroidery is stitched thread — the classic, professional look, and the standard for polos, outerwear, and caps. DTF print is full-color printing — perfect for detailed, colorful designs and the go-to for tees and hoodies. Many stores use both: embroidered polos and caps, printed tees and hoodies. A left chest logo is the value option either way; big front/back prints cost more because print pricing is based on size.
What about our logo — do we need special files?
Send us what you have and we'll tell you what it needs. Best case: a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG, or vector PDF) — no conversion fee. If you only have a JPG/PNG, vector conversion is a one-time $35. For embroidery, your logo is digitized into a stitch file — $75 per file, and each orientation (horizontal left-chest vs. a vertical/stacked version) is its own file. We show you mockups and sew-outs before your store goes live.
Can you match our exact brand colors?
Yes. Our standard thread and ink libraries cover most logos at no charge. For brand-exact Pantone (PMS) colors: special-ordered thread is $15 per color (embroidery) and custom-mixed ink is $30 per color (window-store screen printing). One-time, per store setup.
Who handles payments and sales tax?
The store does. Buyers pay by card at checkout and sales tax is calculated automatically. You never touch the money on individual orders.
Can we get youth sizes or products not shown here?
Yes. Many styles below have matching youth versions, and we can source thousands of additional styles (jackets, bags, safety wear, specialty brands) from our wholesale catalogs — $15 per new-sourced product. Just note it when you submit your picks.
How fast are orders made? How fast does my store launch?
Store setup: your store typically goes live within 1–2 weeks of approving your artwork. Always-open store orders: decorated in-house and ready in 5–8 business days after the order is placed, then shipped or picked up. Window stores: produced in one bulk run after the window closes — we set the delivery date with your group up front.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Every product is custom-made on demand for each order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges — all sales are final. Please check the size chart on each product before ordering. If an item arrives defective or misprinted on our end, we'll make it right — contact us and we'll take care of it.
Will I see a proof before anything is made?
Yes — you approve every mockup before your store goes live. We prep your logo, show you exactly how it will look on each product, and nothing is produced until you sign off. One important note: once artwork is approved, there are no refunds or reprints on designs produced as approved — so look closely at spelling, colors, and placement.
When does my organization get paid?
Window stores: your group receives a check 2–3 weeks after the store closes. Ongoing fundraiser stores: your choice of monthly or quarterly checks. Your store tracks every sale automatically, so the math is never a mystery.
Who do buyers contact if there's a problem with an order?
Us — not you. Buyers contact Wichita Screen Printing directly (geno@wichitascreenprinting.com) for any order question, sizing issue, or problem. Your organization never has to play customer service.
Can an order be changed or canceled after it's placed?
Contact us as soon as possible — if production hasn't started, we can usually help. Once an item has been decorated, it can't be changed or canceled, since everything is custom-made per order.
